What Is The Title Of This Fantasy Novel?

The main characters (I think) are the daughter of a wealthy innkeeper and the slave of the inn. They go off on an adventure where she is crippled. She comes home and hides in the barn (her parents think she ran away), the slave pretends he bought a crippled slave woman from the market for a wife (I remember that the innkeeper told him he shouldn’t have done that. That he would have been more than happy to find him a better wife than a cripple), he gains his freedom, they leave, marry, and live happily ever after. Some royal or noble may have set them up elsewhere with an inn of their own, but that might be from another story.
I’ve been looking for this book forever, but since all I can remember is the end and not the content of the book, I’ve been having a hard time finding it.

Did You Know That China Was A Pioneer In The African Slave Trade Markets?

As early as the Tang and Song dynasties, China was buying African slaves from Arab slave traders.
Many Chinese Super propagandists love to talk about the earlier slave trades involving England and America, but they don’t want you to know about China’s dirty little secret: http://www.zum.de/whkmla/sp/0910/hershey…

Read The Statement Below?

Trade, mercantilism, culture, and settlers: several common denominators among Americans and British. It is clear that initially the relationship betwixt the two nations was fairly stable; however, this stability quickly began to falter as Americans carved out their own niches throughout the vast territory that would ultimately be referred to as the United States of America.
Many of these divergences were political, although many were cultural and economic. Americans asserted their dominance in these three areas, notably through the slave trade, relationships with Native Americans, and the growing sense of frustration with British control. Analyze these paradigm shifts, examining the ways in which the North American newcomers adapted or changed to the land and developed their own national ideology.

I’m Not Sure If I Have Potential As A Writer, But Can You Read My Poem And Let Me Know If I Have Potential?

I am the fetus firearm
The womb eradicator
The slave owner walking through the woods
Slumping through musky night
Eclipse hangs loosely over my shoulder
Jungle fever
Jungle rape
Sharpen the cleaver
Throw the body in the lake
Shaken up and shaken still
In the night lies my thrill
I begin to purge when dawn breaks
I purge, sticking my rusty finger ascending down my throat
And puke up the toxins like a model
But I am the model of the pines
In the pines, in the pines,
I do my time.
In the pines I do my time.
Each body is never found,
All because of me
When your daughter or son goes missing
You know who to thank
But unlike those Satanists up the valley
I don’t use the bodies for sacrifices or rituals
I just the love the hunt
The hunt is only a fraction of my adoration
In the end it’s just the morals
Wanting to be a rebel all my life
And I always believed in doom
But when I found that special niche
I knew the truth was there to loom
In and out, in and out
I feel the glory in your shout
The day Lord Byron brought his bear into the campus room
That is the day I justified my rights
My name is
nature

Am I Being Hypocritical In Being A Vegetarian?

Somebody raised the point that i was in dialogue with. that i’m being hypocritical in being vegetarian yet the clothes & metal i’ve purchased more than likely has affiliates with child labour or slave labour.
That my idea of compassion to all sentient beings wasn’t fully sound.
My only retort was ”because i can’t do everything doesn’t mean i shouldn’t do something where possible, & vegetarian is an effective way where as finding a slave/child-labour free clothing or metal would be much more harder to find.”
