Referral / Affiliate Link Tracking?

I need to track some incoming traffic / links to my site.
I can do it with my current web analytics provider but I have to sort through the statistics myself.
I want to be able to track upto a few thousand referral links eg. www.example.com/?ref=referrer
I want to have them all sorted so that I can just look at how many visitors I recieved from that referral link and how many of those hits were unique etc. etc.
I would also prefer if this is emedable (<— is that even a word)
Like I said before this can be done with many different tracking sites but many of them show the entire incoming traffic for a specific link and I have to sort through each referral link myself.
I need it to be able to track 1000+++ different referral links to 10+ pages recieving 50000+ hits per month.
I need this strictly for time saving.
I hope this is enough information.

Is There A Way To Trade Equity In My Statup Company For Marketing?

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I could trade equity in a website that I just started in exchange for marketing? I was thinking maybe I could give something like 10% or 15% ownership to someone or some group of people who would in turn be in charge of marketing and making the website big. The website just launched yesterday and I’m not doing too well in getting it out there. I think I need someone with much more experience in marketing and publicizing. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks a lot.
The website by the way is www.polltopia.com, and it’s a site where users can create polls for other people around the world to vote in (sort of similar to yahoo answers, except with polls). You can also view statistics about who voted, including votes by state/country, gender and age group. Commenting on polls is also permitted. The site uses a secret algorithm to ensure that even non-registered users can only vote once (even if they delete their cookies, clear their history, etc.). Thanks again.

Questions To Ask About Education Vouchers?

I need to ask questions about vouchers so people can answer them.
ex. Do you believe vouchers violate the establishment clause of the first amendment because statistics show that 99% of pupils who receive vouchers attend a religious affiliated school?

I May Be Able To Go On A Trip To London & Paris Next Year. I Was Wondering How Dangerous It Is Over There. ?

What are the crime & missing persons statistics? Is It really dangerous? By the way Ill be 16 when I go. There will be less than 10 students going. I’m not sure how many adults will be going. The two I know for sure are affiliated with the military. One is still currently active. There will also be a tour guide with us 24/7 and we won’t be allowed to go anywhere alone. Thanks! 🙂 Easy 10 points.
