Me and my brother are starting a house/flat lettings agency. We are aiming to target a niche market, the DSS, pets, etc property hunter.
Currently I work as an insurance broker, as such I have a good knowledge of financial obligations that we will need to fulfill.
Really I am only looking for any additional advice that anybody may have, such things as approaching potential landlords, getting them to accept DSS, etc.

I’ve been taking the 3 month pill for close to 2 years now. I’m not very good at taking them at the same time everyday and me and my boyfriend have sex regularly. Does anyone know what the chances of me getting pregnant are? Or when a good time to take a test is? Its hard for me to know since I have to wait a month and a half for my next period. If there are any people that may have any information please help. The reason I’m concerned is because I have been feeling nauseous the last few days but I am not sure if its affiliated with that. fyi, as a recent graduate I know at least 3 clubs at my college personally who could have used this wonderful service. 1 club was the one I founded and was president of for 2 years. After investing almost $1,500 into them in two years our club had fund raised over $10,500 for a community in Kenya. The other 2 had dissembled because they had no capital to survive and keep kids interested towards the causes they were raising awareness for.
