Contact Info Book Depository And Alibris?

So here’s the deal…I ordered a book via Alibris.com, never got it. Called their customer Support, they do not call back (by the way, the back door number to actually get a person is (510)594-4500 press zero and just talk to Allison!) left messages, they never returned call or email. Found out that I bought the book from the bookdepository, com which is really located in the UK not California! Had to call them directly they were kind enough to actually help me! So this is more of a statement than anything, if you need a book, call the bookdepository at 011-44-014-5230-7905 and advoid Alibris! Their Customer Service Sucks, and they ripped me off big time! But bookdepository refunded me the amount they got paid…and provided proof what what they recieved! Alibris sucks! Oh yeah, and they are affiliated with Borders Books according to their message? Checked into that, not really-kind of a lie! Borders claims that if you choose to purchase a used book, they refer the individual to Alibris website, so I’m now starting to wonder if Border’s is in the scam business as well? Anyone who has ever had to use Alibris I invite you to share your opinion.

What Do I Do? I Messed Up And Paid For And Downloaded Office For Windows On My Mac.?

So as the title says, I accidentally downloaded Microsoft Office for Windows on my Mac. I have no idea how this happened, but it did. I am a college student, and there is a student discount for buying office. Somewhere between clicking on this student discount option on the mac page and checking out I agreed to download the Office for windows instead of office for Mac. I dont know how this happened, but it did and I didnt notice until after I paid for it and had downloaded the file. At this point the file failed to run and I realized I made a mistake.
The download was through a company called Digital River which seems to be an affiliate of Microsoft. I was linked to this website directly from the Microsoft site. I plan to call their customer service in the morning to see what they have to say, but I was hoping someone may have had this problem already and could answer my question before then.

I Have The I Wireless From Iowa, But I Live In Atlanta, Georgia. Will I Be Able To Use 3g?

I’ve paid for 3g connectivity and I Wireless and T-Mobile are affiliates. Please don’t tell me to just call customer service… I don’t believe I’ve ever spoken to a bunch of more ignorant illiterate people… No offence, but that goes to all of you Iowan’s.

Webhost.uk.net review

Registered UserJoin Date Aug 2009Posts 129Thanks 0Thanked 8 Times in 7 Posts Hello,

Thank you to confirm your review about problems with us ..I will certainly check the problem you faced with us, Will make sure no such review will be again stand against our customer service.

Thank you again,, and would really apologies for all the inconvenience you faced. Certainly you would have posted a ticket to support, FTP issue would have been solved in no time ..which I am sure our support does not lacks. Regarding paypal.. Its just a warning email to customer to confirm they have enough amount in paypal before auto charge, its just to avoid suspension of account for non payment. Its just a good practice to keep customers aware about the invoice and avoid problems.I dont think there is anything odd about warning clients about final date.

Anyways ..thank you to confirm us few thing about our service and this first unsatisfied review about Webhostuk we will surely take this into consideration and make sure its not repeated even if this seems to be minor problem which could have been sorted on chat or Email which we never received.
