There’s a group of Canadian cosplayers who are close friends to each other and active on various social networks. I have a lot in common with them, and I really like them. I’ve tried to contact each one of them individually without receiving any reply. They won’t let me into their circle of friendship. I’m not the only one either, they are ignoring other people too who have waited weeks for a reply. I’m beginning to feel a bit frustrated and hopeless. I don’t understand why they won’t say a word to me.
Is this how Canadians usually behave towards strangers? Can you please give me your opinion on this?
I’m not following a specific person, I have friends of my own, and have no trouble communicating with other people around the world. I’m a nice guy and people really like me.

I did my graduation, completed my BHM, bachelor’s degree in Hotel management, in year 2007, from an IHM, affiliated to PUSA, NCHMCT. after completion i got a job as a normal steward in Oberoi group of hotels and resorts, where i gave my best efforts and became supervisor in 3 years. After completing around 4 years with the organization, i thought of exploring other properties, luckily i got two offers too. I was on the same level of Supervisor/ Team leader, from Leading group of hotels, Leela, and other was an executive, a level above supervisor, with carlson group of hotels, in the same city. i opted for Leela, as its a big brand, and joined , but somehow was not able to work longer, as found the work environment, and working style, and the amount of work/stress too much, also met with an accident during that period, which made my mind to quit from that hotel. I realized later it was a hasty and quick decision. I was jobless for a month, during which i tried to change my industry, but somehow, also got an offer from another 5*hotel, where i got selected as an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER, which gave me some satisfaction. I joined that hotel, and was able to sustain myself and survive, with the operations of FOOD and BEVERAGE. This hotel has again got busy operations, with very very difficult clientele. clientele, who cribs and cries / complaints for discounts, becomes fussy, thinking anticipation of hospitality with utmost flexibility in hotel norms and policies, tries to take uneven advantage. Working in such environment after being an ARM also, i worked for around 14 hours, minimum. i hardly got time for my personal life/family, its time only on off days which i spend with them.
I have resigned from my employer, and its almost three months now, that i am sitting ideal. I have been looking for opportunities, and have got selected twice again in two different hotel brands, i tried to join the hotel industry again but was unable to keep myself satisfied, as the industry remains the same with the same work style, and more of fatigue and pain, less time for your own self. Its around six different different hotels i have seen, and always found myself not enjoying this work for the long run/ lifetime. I am looking for job oppurtunities in sales& marketing as i have done distance study from symbiosis pune, PGDBA in Marketing management. If anything else i can opt for please guide me .
I am looking for jobs nowadays, and trying to find out some good opportunity. I would be highly obliged, for some useful guidance from you all. Please help me.
Also if anywhere i can approach for any guidance and some1 can provide me with the useful details, i will be very thankful.

I dreamt that i just got back from a long trip with some people, and then we walked past a pond and i caught a fish in a pond, but across the pond, there were two three guys who were secretly watching me and got on the payphone as they called someone while watchin me take out this fish. And then later out of no where a cat came and stole my fish from my hand and ran under a refrigerator freezer. And then a huge scary owl came and fought with the cat and killed the cat, and then the owl flew out of my bedroom window and up it went. And then it was as if the radio was on and i heard them reporting on America being attacked by Italy, and i looked outside towards northwest out my window and there were war planes dropping bombs on america, and there were people at war in the far distance with the invading war planes. And then I saw a bunch of invading people putting their white flag with some red writing on it all over everyone’s yard in the nieghborhood. And then the radio said that Italy has taken over america and everyone hid in their houses. Some of the Italy children moved right into america and walked right passed everyones house and my window and then some of them flicked me the finger while they walked passed my window. It was very distressing as America was taken over.
Second dream i had was also of the same owl, except this time i flashed two CD’s glassy side out at the owl and the owl’s eye’s became large as in fear, and turned into an indian boy and jumped out my bedroom window.
Anyhow, could i be having these nightmares cuz at the time i discovered a secret great horned owl nest and their baby, and since then in real life the owl parents have coincidentially followed me everywhere i jog or bike to and rest. A while later the great horned owl was perched outside my bedroom window about 40 yards away. Its really rare for there to be large owls or hawks that would nest in the city like this in the middle of a crowded park.

Since Adolf Hitler wanted to receive European domination, I imagine him producing more factories to produce more weapons for future preparations. Therefore I assume it was flourishing before the second world war.
Is this true?

Over the years I’ve worked on numerous recipes for all natural soap, lip balm, and body butters. As I’ve created a bit of a niche within my community from giving away my items, I’d like to take things a step further and begin selling my products.
I need a fun name for the company! I know there are a lot of similar questions posed on Yahoo Answers, but I’d like to direct the creative juices to something more specific.
I’d like to use a purple daisy for the logo. While the name does not have to relate directly to flowers, it is something intereting to consider. Words like “Bloom” and “Blossom” would be fun.
Realistically, though, I’m looking for something other than the typical ” X, Y, Z Soapworks” or anything that simply says “Natural Soap.”
All help would be appreciated!
