For a project, I need to know the ecological niches of these 4 organisms, but I don’t understand what an ecological niche is. Can someone please explain to me the types of niches? Please don’t tell me that it’s a project and to do it on my own, because I have been searching for a really long time now, and can’t seem to find it in my notes or the internet.

I want a first person shooter with online multiplayer that requires more teamwork, (maybe with squads, where every player has a niche) less run and gun (unlike CoD series) and is realistic (like Ghost Recon) maybe with vehicles (like Halo: Reach), long, large scale maps and games, and, importantly, mature players. (as in I don’t want eight year olds swearing in my ear). If anyone can think of a game that fits these criteria, put it in the answers

I will be starting a company over the summer. I have two ideas, but I am only going to do one.
My first company idea is to create many websites that sell Amazon affiliate products. I will get 1a 15% commission on every item that I sell. But, I will have a lot of these “niche” websites up and running. These sites will be run through a company that I will start. When the sites make some money, I will sell the sites on online marketplaces. I could later make websites such as marketplaces and social networking sites and sell those.t
The second company idea is to sell online media marketing services for new companies. I would create basic websites (webs.com, weebly.com, type of sites,) for small companies that are not yet on the internet. I could also provide marketing services such as creating social networking pages and marketing through those types of websites.
I like the first idea a lot since I can make money while I sleep. I do not need to provide any product or shipping or anything. I am pretty sure I could make six figures a year with around three of those types of websites.
I also like the second idea since it is a real “company” that provides a service. Although, I am not quite sure small companies would want webs.com quality websites.
Which company idea do you like better and why? Which one should I choose?

Well you have to say “Ecological Niche” >.> Otherwise, people who took their last biology course many MANY years ago won’t know what the carp you’re talking about.
Ducks keep the populations of smaller fish stable, and also serve as food for several land/water based predators such as crocodiles.

Every animal has a niche in it’s environment right? So if an animal dies out then it’s role in the environment is not fulfilled. Thus leading to consequences. I ask this question because whenever I bring up spiders, I am told that they are vital in keeping the population of insects down. But how true is that statement. I mean if spiders were wiped off the earth, would it really come with disastrous consequences. Would it not simply lead to another insect that preys on the same thing to fill the gap. Would we really be head to toe in flys. I’m sure there are arachnid enthusiast who will tell me that spiders are sooooo important, but in reality, surely they are replaceable. Obviously it’s a hypothetical question, seeing as spiders would never die out.
Also, if every animal has an important role to play, what consequences came from the excitation of the Dodo. Did the Dodo have simply little or no role to begin with.

When it first opened, I got it. I went there all the time. I loved it. Now though with all the food market choices I would never go there except for the free coffee and because it is walking distance from my place. Besides, there are always more employees in the store at any one time than customers which makes an already narrow layout that much more harder to navigate.
