Are there any in South America or European countries? Since most banks affiliated with the FDIC that I have encountered don’t allow us to make third party deposits.

Has Anyone Received 2 Separate Deposits From Santa Barbara Tax Group When Only Expecting One From Irs?

IRS confirmed they sent Santa Barbara Tax Group(bank affiliated with Turbo Tax) full refun amount but the bank says they only got about 1/4 of it and only released 1/4 to me. I am trying to find out if this has happened and did folks get the rest of their $ without putting up a fight?
