Hiring An Sem Company Vs Seo Individual To Promote Your Website?

I’ve seen SEM firms like google willing to promote your site for $500 – $150,000!!! Or I can just hiring an individual SEO who can help promote my site for me. And of course, do my research making sure the individual SEO will be doing their job bringing traffic etc. My question is besides one being bigger than the other, which should be good for affiliate websites? Would SEM be good for larger corporations like Redbull since they have all the money to spend for marketing & advertising like $150K?

Disneyland Hiring: I Am Planning On Re-applying But…?

I remember working for Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. back in 2006 doing Ride Operations. Later after a month of working there, there were some problems I had commuting from Corona to Orange County later since i had to move over there due to some personal problems so I had to leave the job. I am now planning to move back to Orange County and go to school to do Audio Production. But because I am trying to RE-apply at Disney, I keep getting emails after applying for many positions especially from the college program saying this:
Our records indicate that you are a former employee of an affiliated company of The Walt Disney Company and you are not eligible for rehire. Because of this, we cannot consider you further for employment opportunities.
If you feel this status is in error, please contact the Employee Relations office at the affiliated company at which you worked and follow their process to have this status reviewed.
We wish you well in your endeavors.
The Recruitment Team
So does this mean I am never able to go back to working for Disney ever again? I really want to work here and do the College Program and others, but I got this email Twice already! for different positions… It has been years since I have worked there. I even call the Casting Center but they are not much help AT ALL! anything helps please! thanks!
