I want to create a quality content niche oriented website using wordtracker’s keyword tools, on a CMS platform and will monetize my website by displaying google ads and by affiliate marketing.

The more backlinks from higher page ranked websites you have, the higher will be the page rank of your website.
You need to post quality content for guaranteed hits daily.
Remember it’s not a single day task

1st. dont get fooled by those sites that offer maxium SEO’s. that is a bogus thing, as they send yo bots.
on home page you need key words, meta tags, having to many banners.ad’s will make site a non seo friendly. the age of page will help as long as home page is not re indexed by way of always changing.
for a good CMS have you looked in to Drupal.org its free, great modules for google ads. meta modules ect.
