I am thinking about setting up a travel website which offers website visitors information on various locations around the world but I am skeptical about the idea as any affiliate earnings will only come through during the summer right? By the time I have actually created the site, summer 2011 will be over so I will have to wait until next year to see any real results. Am I right in thinking this?
People travel all year round not just in summer although obviously summer is peak season
I go abroad at least 4 times a year as do many other people
my son also travels to the U.S. twice a year always off-peak as the weather is not so warm and prices for flights etc are cheaper
Make sure you do check out what is already available because the Trip advisor website is massive and offers a very extensive service to travellers, not only hotels and flights but also maps and lots of tourist information
