It can be if you target a microniche like seniors with fibromyalgia, moms with fibromyalgia, etc. To me, any niche can be a good niche with the right amount of traffic and good solid content.

being that doctors will diagnose anyone with aches and pains with it–probably–
but many websites give bad info so you really need to know what you are talking about–and be open to educating yourself if someone points out conflicting info
