You could try directly selling links and/or advertising, although you need a well established and popular site (read as thousands of visitors, lots of backlinks, some PageRank) to command a decent price.
Sell advert space in your website. You could also try adsense earning.
Adsense might be a good way……..
There are many methods of earning money, Google Adsense, Paid Linking, Ads of other websites etc.
But one thing i have noticed that you have created your website in flash, it is not recommended in SEO world, i think you should change it into simple because your site is very young and from the base you should be strong.
