Is This A Good Story Base?

Title says all.
The setting of the story is based on an internet café, which hits off from there. Other settings might be at the protagonist’s house, a hotel, or downtown restaurant or bar. The vibe that comes from these areas are rather odd and creepy, but also normal. The time the story will take place might be during the evening. It is also set in modern day, with phones, and computers (20th century). The area is in Seville, Barcelona.
The genre of this story is a Mystery-Horror-Thriller-Suspense-Espiona…
The main character will be 26 year old con-artist, involved with stock market scams, Nigerian market scams, Ponzi scams, and leads a casual mafia group. Her name will be Venetia De Luca. Her last name was changed to Moretti when she was taken in by the mafia. The character will be young and a professional, with natural grey eyes, her height will be 5’7, she is going to have blond, shoulder length hair. She also dresses very nice and expensive, as her “Job” provides an adequate amount of money. She also comes from a rich family, her parents were killed ( when she was 8) by a mafia leader who was threatened by her parents, and in the heat of the moment, the mafia leader killed her parents. She only got a small portion of inheritance, the rest went to charity. She also has an older brother, who disappeared after the accident. The reason she is a con-artist is because she hopes to meet her parent’s murderer and do something extremely downgrading to him.
The second main character will be her right hand man, who is also involved in the mafia. While she was in the orphanage after her parents died, a mafia member (sotto capo) took her hostage because her parents had mafia ties, and they were holding her ransom until the parents gave them money. They find out that her parents are dead. Throughout keeping the hostage, the group develops a soft spot for Venetia. The one who took the most care of her was a male named Damiano Moretti, the underboss in the group. Damiano is 6’4, with blond hair. He is now 43 years old. He helps Venetia to find the murderer, and supports her throughout the story by gaining information about the murderer, and does the dirty work. He cares about Venetia, and does not want her hands to be “bloodied” by the crime he has done. Venetia considers Damiano an older brother.
The villain of this story is named Callisto De Luca. He is Venetia’s older sibling. He had killed his parents because he had certain ties to the mafia, and the mafia wanted his inheritance. Callisto was meant to kill his entire family, but he begged for Venetia’s life. The mafia organization his was involved with did not allow it, but he still saved her life anyways. Out of guilt, after his parents death, he ran away. The mafia has a price on his head, and that’s how Venetia finds the murderer.
The story starts off with Venetia finding out about the accident of her parents in an internet café, while she is curiously searching up her old last name, whom she has never forgotten about. She finds an article on the internet about the murder of her parents, and her brother ran away. She had thought her parents and brother died in an car accident. Over the years, she has buried the painful memories, so she has tried covering up the true facts. She has vowed to find the murderer. Eventually, the name leads her to various crime organizations, and deals the family had done in secret. Through some research and snooping around in various bars, overhearing urban legends, she tricks the killer into meeting her in a hotel. The killer seems to be uncomfortable doing business with her. She is planning on killing the murderer. The moment she shoots the killer, she realizes it’s her brother. She decides to ravage the situation and take money from him, aswell as stripping him of his expensive clothes. While she took his jacket, a note falls out about how sorry he is, and how he was forced to kill his parents for the inheritance.
