Affiliate Marketing Secrets

My horse is terrible about taking the bit.
He came from an abusive situation and it generally terrified of it. We’ve tried putting syrup, molasses, fruit roll up, etc. on the bit with no luck.
He’s a very picky eater and is much more affection reward affiliated. Are there any ways I can make taking the bit like a game for him?
I know there are methods out there that make taking the bit like a game and will make him look forward to taking it but I can’t find a decent explanation of how to do it.
Help?
PS- if you DO know how to help, could you maybe explain it in a step-by-step process?

If anyone has ever used this I have a couple questions that are super vague on the site.
First, it says one referral per household. Does that mean I can only refer one person per household, or that I can only get the reward from the first person I refer?
Second, it says the money is sent at the end of the month. Can I use that on their site prior to that or do I need to first wait for a check then put in bank?
