Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I wanted to ask that a private university would give the same degree as the state university or it would provide a different degree as from the state. A private college affiliated to state university gives the degree of the state university but what is the condition for private university in the same state. Will it give the degree same as state or a bit different

I was looking on Craigslist for cars and i came across a 2005 Honda Civic EX Special Edition. It was only for $2,500. I emailed the woman and she said she was going through a divorce and had to sell her car right away. She said she is affiliated with Ebay and has a secure transaction account. The lady said she would ship the car to me at no charge and I would have 3 days to inspect it and make sure its working right. If i chose to keep it and buy it then we would proceed with the transaction through Ebay. I,ve read through a lot of answer posted about buying cars through Ebay but none of them are about having the car SHIPPED FIRST, to INSPECT, then buy it. Im not a fan of wiring money online but I think if i have a secure shot at not being scammed il go for this purchase. What do you think? Im in desperate need for information right away!
