I’ve got a niche classifieds site so I have an abundance of pics. How can I use Pinterest in a legitimate way to gain relevant traffic?

I own a website in a fairly competitive facebook niche. I have titles keywords and meta tags on all the pages of my site. Soon I’m going to hire an expert to handle the rest of the seo such link building etc. The problem is I don’t really know allot about seo, so I don’t really know what to ask for and what area of seo I need help in the most. Do I just need quality related sites linking to mine? What type of white hat techniques are going to be used. I need someone to look and review my website and give me a synopsis on what’s the best way to get my site ranked on the first page of google. She’s in Year 11 and I’m in year 10.
She’s one of those girls that all the guy lust after, and luckily enough I found a niche in her heart. However, I never got round to actually talk to her and she eventually lost interest in me.
Now, I’m here wondering if I only liked her because everyone else wanted to be with her or if I genuinely did like her. We had never spoken to each other which has me leaning towards the ‘everyone else wants her’ side, or could I be deceiving myself so that I don’t feel too bad about myself not talking to her.
