Help Me With My Plot/title?

Hey guys, I’m a 14 year old from Canada. I enjoy writing books and fanfiction, making movies with my friends and family. I’m everywhere, I want to be in the nba, I want to be an author, I want to live my life to the fullest. By writing my first book, I need help with a few small parts, that is why I’m here. I honestly don’t want you guys to write my book for me, but I would love if you could give me pointers without the act of plagiarism. So, here’s the summary/plot of my book.
Connor Nite is a 16-year-old schoolboy who finds himself living under the roof to the house of his foster parents after the suspicious and untimely death of his father, Arthur Nite. Connor discovers his father was a spy agent working under the secrecy of SPA (Supernatural Protection Agency) on an important mission he couldn’t finish. Will Connor complete the heroic task his father had failed or end up the same way he did? Join Connor as he tracks down the bloody trail of his fathers assasin alongside the forces of SPA, where anything can happen.
So, I would love to know a few things:
– Is my spy organisation’s name fine, not too unrealistic/stupid?
– Is the plot creative/interesting? If not, what can I do to change it?
– Do you think the fact a 16 year old boy falling in to all this trouble is unrealistic, boring, etc?
– How can I make it so Connor finds out his dad’s a spy and unites with SPA to track down his murderer?
– What should the dad’s mission be? What’s the point in Connor killing the dad’s murderer? What did he do and how will he solve it?
– I’m a Canadian author, so should to setting of my novel take place somewhere in Canada? If so, where is the most common area for a spy and all this stuff take place?
– I don’t really want Connor, a 16 year old boy, to be killing people, I don’t want him to be a murderer YET, so how do you think I should go by this and have him get revenge but not reasonably kill his victim. I was thinking there would be non-armed killings, like a car chase or have someone else kill him, someone from SPA. If you know how I can get by this problem because it may be too graphic, do tell me!
Thanks guys, if you could answer this that would be greatly appreciated, I am sure I will take account everything you tell me, where it’s changing the whole novel because it’s too violent for a 16 year old. Anyways, thanks a lot, I promise I will give you credit somehow affiliated, and will remember you from time on. Thanks!

Am I A Rude And Ugly Looser?

Did I let the ugliness inside me, cause me to fail/struggle?
I have been struggling for over 25 years to take care of the family my kids father stated he didn’t want. I am a firm discipliner, responsible and hardworking mother. I usually bounce back from things, but im 40 now and am feeling tired, frustrated and overwhelmed. i am sensitive. my family only support my ideas when they think i have money. no one comes to see me. even tho i denied it, a lot of people are jealous of me. i went from being on the streets due to verbal and physical abuse from my dad and my kids father to the shelter, to the hood and now to a beautiful lakefront home. i tried to show my kids that i care and never left them. now they have left me and hold grudges against me for spanking them when needed as a last alternative. i have lost my hair a couple of times, gone to the hospital from being short winded and have collapsed from stress. two of my kids watched in joy to see me having a nervous breakdown. then they turn around and want to be nice to me until i disagree with them about something. i don’t know my niche. i have kept a nice place for me and my family and have taught my kids how to work and earn money, clean, wash, iron, lots of things. does God hear me? i need a financial blessing so that i don’t have to worry about how im going to survive when my youngest is gone. i spend a lot of time with my kids and family. yet they show me that they don’t need me around. they say they enjoy life without me. they make me feel worthless and hate myself. therefore, it attracts people who in turn hate me too. i need a new perception on life. tired of being rejected and hurt then the same ones call me when they want a favor. i don’t know what love is. that song called how to love by lil wayne is so me right now. i want to enjoy my life while i still have my health and strength. and still want to be with my family even tho they don’t want me. tired of working for people who fire me at the drop of a dime. i feel fatigue and depressed. my dad said not to feel sorry for myself. i am trying to understand what that means and if i am doing that so that i can hurry up and change. i was beaten up by a guy and went to my dad and all he did was talked about his problems and didn’t even look at me to see that my face was swollen and blood over me. im afraid to be intimate anymore because the experiences have been ugly. after my son grows up and leaves, i don’t know what is next for me. i need a life and to be around people that enjoy seeing me happy. even that would scare me, but i would like to know what that feels like. i admit i can be verbally rude and sarcastic sometimes. yet im told by the same ones that dislike me that i didnt do anything wrong and i am a good person. i have terrible anxiety and just stay to myself now. did i let the ugliness inside me cause me to fail/struggle?

Why Don’t Guys My Age Attract Me At All?

My age preference for men has just been going up and up, and what attracts me often changes. I’m 17 now, and I find myself attracted to men in their mid-forties (or older), and typically professional and intelligent. I’m attracted to a few of the teachers at my school, but none of the students. College guys don’t attract me either. When I was 14, guys maybe 3-5 years older. Now I’m attracted to men up to/more than 30 years older.
I don’t even fully understand why older men attract me. I don’t affiliate with my father much (or at all), but it’s never bothered me, so I wouldn’t say I have ‘daddy issues.’
Also, what do older men think of much younger women? I’m honestly not interested in money or freeloading, but I feel like guys assume that. I’ve only dated a few older men, and even then, the age difference wasn’t anything more than 12 years, and it didn’t quite satisfy me. I actually love the taboo aspect of May to December romances, too. Ugh! I’m just confused. If you can make sense of my rambling, please help me sort this mess in my head!

Are These Characters Considered ‘mary-sues’?

So, basically, I was given an assignment where I just write a ‘short story’- ( 50-85 pages) about any original plot I made up myself. I eventually came up with the idea Of a very stern, haughty police officer who is paired with the less-responsible daughter of the Police Chief against his will. When I handed in the mandatory plot sheet the teacher said it was fine, but I want to see if I should make the characters a bit more ‘realistic’. Below I have provided this template:
Name: Solomon Edward Janey ( Teasingly called ‘Sol’ by coworkers)
Age: 35
Personality: Very Proud, Straight-Forward way of thinking, Unsocial, Easily Annoyed, Hard-Working, and Insistent
Appearance: A ‘powder-like complexion’, dark gray eyes, and short, slightly graying dark brown hair.
History: The only child of a late Malpractice attorney and a nurse. He was raised in an average house in a solitary neighborhood, and spent more time with his mother than his father. Was known as a ‘braniac’ ( or rather, smart-alec) during school years, and graduated Magna *** Laude from Penn University. After spending two years in medical School, he decided to become a cop after witnessing a robbery in which the cops were obviously biased, and deciding that he would do a much better job. After becoming an official officer of PPD (Philadelphia Police Department) he soon established a very good place, living in a small townhouse making a modest salary. On his sixth year, he was paired with the slightly childish daughter of his boss against his will. He often finds himself arguing with her, but is forced to learn to cooperate when they are given the case of a murder of an heiress, and the attempted murder of her sister, who is now in their custody.
Name: Friday Bethany Allen
Age: 29
Personality: A bit of a slacker, slightly irresponsible, reluctant to take lead, quiet, childish, and thinks in ‘creative ways.’
Appearance: An olive complexion she inherited from her mother, brown eyes, and shoulder-length black hair.
History: Friday grew up with her single father and her younger brother. After having her mother leave at the age of 5, she became more introverted. Currently, it’s not as bad as it was, but it is very rare to find her chatting away. She dreams of becoming a detective after reading the complete Sherlock Holmes series, and was convinced by her father that becoming a Police Officer was the way to go. She was an average student, graduating with decent grades from her local community college. She just recently moved from her condo from the rest of her family to a small studio apartment in the city. When paired with Solomon on her first day she is turned off by his very cold attitude, but when given their first case, tries to get along with him.
Name: Alice Sophia Winston
Age: 21
Personality: Slightly-spoiled, sarcastic, logical, and very afraid.
Appearance: Milk-chocolate skin, wide brown eyes, and short black hair.
History: Alice grew up in a very large mansion, just outside of city-limits. Daughter of a business owner, and secret black-market seller, she grew up living a life of luxury. With full knowledge that as the youngest she would not receive the family fortune, she made sure to keep good relations with her sister. After the sudden death of her father, her sister’s own bloody murder during a fun night-on-the-town not even a month later, she is in fear of her own. Now in the care of the PPD, she finds herself under the custody of Friday and Solomon, two people whose constant arguing makes her feel as if she might just die anyway.
So when I passed it in, my teacher ( who was doing something on the computer) barley looked at it before handing It back without barley saying anything. To ensure I get the best grade possible, I would like some feedback on these three characters. Are they realistic? Are they developed enough? Please tell!
