i’m confused on which size to get because my waist is 34 inches, my hips are 47 inches, and my waistline is 41 inches. i want to get the right fit becuz i dont want a muffin top and i dont want the skirt to look rlly big on me.i also dnt have time to return it if i’m going to get it online. which one should i go with? please and thank u:)

Ok, lets get right to the point… I was at school and my mom went shopping, I came home and she showed me this pretty dress she bought me, I HATE it, it will make me look like im 6 years old, and im 13, She says I have to wear it. She got it on sale, thats why, anyway, do you think its to young…
