Since the skirt is a statement piece, the top shouldn’t be too busy. You can wear a fitted black top tucked into the skirt, or you can wear a cardigan with an undershirt. I prefer the latter, cardigans are always nice around springtime, not too light and not too heavy. I found a cardigan that comes in many different colors http://www.hm.com/us/product/95968?article=95968-C . I like the white one because it would contrast your skirt. Ultimately it comes down to how you want the outfit to feel, and there are many different options.
