Affiliate Marketing Secrets

Hi there, on the ABC affiliate in Tampa, I keep hearing a commercial that has no dialogue, just a guitar playing. I was curious if anyone could tell me what the commercial was about. Thanks.

I love listening to radio disney ever since I was a kid and I found out that they are owned by ABC and I only watch CBS for news (I like CBS, I watch my local affiliate KPIX/KBCW here in San Francisco), but because I like listening to radio disney, I feel like like switching networks, I been having second thoughts about switching from CBS lately, What are your thoughts and what should I do? What are your opinions about both networks? and please tell me why you like either one.
