Affiliate Marketing Secrets

Hello all,
After months of trying to find a subleaser for my apartment, I finally found a prospective buyer for it. While filling out paperwork, the apartment management then told me that the new leasers will HAVE to be a university student, but state that they are not affiliated with the university. They also require the leasers to provide student ID, and their GPA.
They have no written permission from the University stating that this is okay, but could potentially cut into their income from their dorms.
I could see if they cater to university students, but wouldn’t they have to also take other leasers as well to avoid a lawsuit?
Are they legally allowed to do this, and should I inform the university about what they are doing?
So, can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I have heard that things such as CPA marketing, email list marketing, affiliate, etc., are all ways some people have become millionaires at doing online.
My questions and concerns are simple, and any of the following are opt-outs for me:
1.Is CPA investment-free(i.e., do I need to invest money to have the possibility to make it)?
2.Is the time put in equivalent to the money put out(i.e., I won’t work 8 hours a day for 5 days a week to earn $12.00 only).
3.Is money earned directly accessible, deposited, or in any way reachable to me(i.e., is the money made able to be withdrawn, is there minimum required limits to withdraw, etc.)?
Also, does anyone here have experience with affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, and the like?
I’d like some pointers here. I don’t expect to be a millionaire overnight (though who wouldn’t wish for that), but I don’t want time, money, and efforts going to waste for little or no return. Thanks.
PS: I have very, VERY little income as of now, and barely getting anywhere off my businesses/self-employment. I can’t work most “real” hourly jobs like most people do for reasons I won’t give here, and problems preventing me from doing so(none illegal/criminal related).

I have a bachelors in Business Admin, and an MBA . I actually am having difficulty in deciding what to do. I am seeking out a creative job where I can brainstorm and come upo with ideas that is my niche in life. I cannot draw. Any ideas? How can I merge the two into a promising career?

For some reason I really want a maxi dress, but I can’t find a nice one. Can you help me finding one that is just straight down and rather simple not with leopard print or something and the post the link? Something that is sort of hippie/boho but still really simple, like lulus or something.
