Wrong Candy Wrong Bag A Actual Answer Vs Morons?

For the idiots that comment on stuff lets put this in exact detail dots are made by tootsie roll and sour patch is made by mandelo inc or whatever it’s called two separate companies companies not affiliated with With other so question for this third time …So I was eating sour patch kids today and I found a dot candy in the bag processed just like a sour patch kid . Now thing is dots and sour patch are two different companies they aren’t distributed together anything point being is they don’t ever come in contact so my question is I am horribly grossed out with this and my only conclusion is someone on the line or however they are made was eating dots and it fell from there hand or mouth or who knows what I am appalled and sickened can I sue for any reason… It doesn’t look like I dropped a random *** dot in there it’s candy coated just like a sour patch would be if you knew what both look like you wouldn’t even argue me on it . So any ideas

They’re two companies owned by the same company, which shares production facilities.
Get it We’re beatirce. They have a name on the box, but the company makes other kinds of candy for other brand names.
Even then it’s just a friggin’ piece of candy. It’s not a toe.
Pretending you’re outraged doesn’t change the fact that you suffered no damages at all.
Get it? No damages at all. Which means you can’t sue for anything.
Not a dime. Not a peso. Not a sou.
No free money for just complaining.

It is a legal truism that “anyone can sue anyone for anything”, so yes, you can sue.
However, your ONLY damages are the cost of a bag of candy, so all you can sue for is the money you paid for the bag of sour patch. “Being grossed out” is NOT a source of recoverable damages.

They are from different companies… But just to be sure, do they taste the same? Sorry–had Sour Patch Kids before, but not Dots. The reason I’m asking because they look like they’re made out of similar materials (again, I’m not too familiar with the taste), so, from the defense’s side, they can probably argue that it’s a misshapen Sour Patch Kids… They might be able to claim it’s a quality control issue. If they don’t taste the same, and you’re 100% sure it’s one of the Dots mixed into a package of Sour Patch, then you may have a case.

It’s all blobs of sugar. You probably just found a sour patch kid that dribbled out wrong.
Your gross out is largely if not entirely your imagination. You can’t prove this whole thing about dribbling out of someone’s mouth. You also presumably don’t even have the piece in question any longer. Even if you do, at most you’d be able to show someone a funky piece of sugar. It happens.
No, you can’t realistically sue. You weren’t damaged beyond your imagination. You’d have a better lawsuit suing them for selling this processed sugar junk that’s bad for your health in the first place.
If you’re horribly grossed out by this, you should probably stop eating this sugary junk in the first place. You’re going to get really grossed out when you start having surgeries to remove your gallbladder or you have to regularly inject yourself with insulin needles, etc. The solution to your problem if you’re so sure this gross stuff happened is to stop eating all of it. Now. Forever. No more.
