Can Anyone Who Chooses To Frequent Gender Studies Ever Be Truly Nuetral?

I am not all that neutral, I have my only beliefs and ideas when it comes to this particular subject. I don’t hide it. I do not affiliate with either movement because I do not agree with all they stand for. I can and have agreed with both sides but all in all, could never claim to be apart of either. Some of my views are admittedly anti-feminist, have been since I came here. But that is also true of me when it comes to MRA.

It is possible, but when the accusations come in thick, there are times when you lose it and say something which makes people think you’ve chosen sides.
“Some of my views are admittedly anti-feminist, have been since I came here.” – That’s the problem right there. If you had called yourself a Feminist, you’d still be posting with your original account.

No human being on Earth can be neutral on the subject of the interaction between the sexes. It’s something we’re bombarded with since we’re born (observing our parents’ relationships, seeing the way other little boys and little girls treat each other), and we all have our own unique experiences that we’ve all woven into a broader worldview.
Maybe the real question is whether anyone who chooses to frequent Gender Studies can be polite and respectful to those who see things differently.

I just answer with whatever i think. Most people here use “evidence” and figures and such. I don’t. I just read the question then just write whatever comes to mind.
I usually prefer the women, although some posts by them have made me think “wtf”. None of the regulars though.
I noticed early on that this place has a “them and us” mentality, and most people that sit on the fence usually fall on one side or another after too many insults at their gender

I think you can be neutral, absolutely. For me there’s just what I agree with and what I don’t agree with. Sometimes I agree with a feminist point, other times an MRA point. Will I join either side? No I won’t. From what I have seen of both sides is that nobody wants to find a common ground,it’s all ranting and raving. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Are you fluttering your eyelashes and twiddling your hair and pouting your newly lipsticked mouth as you perform this shameless online flirt to play with all the GS men?
Sheesh that was soooo transparent you could be made of glass, dear!
    EDIT
    Don’t call me ‘Period’
    sheesh

Nobody can actually be neutral, the idea is an artificial concept created in a society that is founded, maintained, and supported, by extremists.

  7. Will says:

Everyone has their opinions. IMO it is best to be truthful, not neutral. People are here to get others opinions on their questions. I want to hear what women really think, not what they think I want to hear.

  8. ☼Rachel☼ says:

I think so. I’ll admit at the beginning I always agreed more with what most of the females said. Now,I agree with some things males say and some things females say depending on what I think.

Of course. I’m not sure why you would feel we couldn’t be neutral.
