Prior to the 2008 elections Barack and Michelle Obama attended the Trinity United Church of Christ. After the Church’s Pastor Jeremiah Wright brought bad publicity to the campaign. He and Michelle changed to the Apostolic Church of God in Christ, both are Christian based organizations. In Chicago both Trinity and Apostolic are very large congregations comprised mostly upscale African Americans in the city. Both churches support the community and offer many ministries for the congregation to participate in.
And so know Catholics are anti-abortion, the majority of the Christian faiths in America mostly follow the Constitution on that subject.
