1. Ir the company is in an Industrial Area and allotted on lease basis, find out the possibilities of
transferring in your name.
2. Take encumbrance certificate to know the clear title.
3. Find out any dues to Govt such as Sales Tax, income tax etc are pending
4. Verify sticky debtors ( long term ) in their Debtors list.
5. Any litigation on the dues to creditors.
6. Verify Guarantees if any issued Govt. Dept. Suppliers etc.
