Help, I’ve Been Hacked!!?

Yesterday my sister told me that I was sending out messages to people via Hotmail, when I tried to log into my account I couldn’t, it was saying that someone else was on it. I called a number that (supposedly) was Microsoft and filled out a “MSN recovery form”. They went in cleaned my computer and installed a Microsoft security essential. They were asking for a $100 to install/cleaning process, but I cancelled my Credit Card so it didn’t go through. So now I’m worried about my computer, email, and everything else that’s on it. (When I called the number “MSN hotmail support”, they said they worked with Microsoft, but today I actually reached Microsoft and the said they do affiliate with them.)
So my question is, how do I get the hacker off my computer to stop all this, where can I take it in to get it fixed, who can I call that will help me, and how can I get my Email back.
Please, Please HELP me, I’m freaking out!! I know it’s my fault, but I really did think they were part of Microsoft. And please don’t bash me for what happened, I’m already stressing out.
Thanks a bunch to whom ever helps. I appreciate it sooo much.

This happens alot…usually a win 32 backdoor Trojan or bot is placed on the computer by going to unsecured sites or visiting a website that has a Malicious URL code built in for anyone clicking on the website.. then spam is sent to all your contacts……change your password then the infection(s) must be removed…..download and scan with these 2 free utilities….and when you download Malwarebytes anti-malware….it will ask you for a free trial to the paid version….just click “no” …the free version works just as good as the paid versionhttp://www.malwarebytes.org/http://www.superantispyware.com/index.ht…

I run XP on my computer. If you run a different version of Windows, this path may vary.
Firstly, on your desktop click StartControl PanelSystem. Now click on the Remote tab.
Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled “Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer”.
Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled “Allow users to connect remotely to this computer”.
Now click the Apply button, then click the OK button and return to your desktop.
Also, whenever a web site asks if you wish your password to be remembered, always say no.
If you run Firefox, click ToolsOptionsSecurity. Under Passwords, make sure there is no tick in the box labelled “Remember passwords for sites”. Now click the OK button.
If you use a different browser, I’m sure there will be similar changes you should make.
    Once that’s done…
    Try this:
Boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.
Once at your desktop, download this free package.
When you click on the download button, wait for a few seconds and the download box will appear, without you having to enter your name or email address.
Save it to your desktop, unzip it…click on start.exe…then click on Emergency Kit Scanner. Wait for it to open (this may take a couple of minutes), then get updates and run a Deep Scan (the scan may take a while):http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/
    After all that…
If you do have Microsoft Security Essentials installed, I recommend you uninstall it. Its AV-TEST antivirus certification was recently removed, due to a poor performance. AV-TEST are a highly respected tester of antivirus products.
I have the free versions of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (MBAM) and Avast Antivirus installed. They won’t conflict, so long as you don’t attempt to scan with both products simultaneously.
As soon as you’ve installed them, start them and get updates for the virus definitions.

Here’s a link to the free version of Avast Antivirus:http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_…
    Hope this helps.
