I bought and downloaded Niche Mania from digibilly. After installing on my Dell laptop, I click on the desktop icon and to no avail. I have done all of the system troubleshoot recommendations possible. If this application is not compatible with my PC, can I make it compatible?
Go back to the page where it is described. Find the system requirements bit. Check that you have all the system requirements (right operating system, memory, etc).
If your laptop/operating system does not meet the system requirements, you bought the wrong version. Contact the support desk, see if you can swap for the correct version.
If you can’t get the correct version, you may be able to run the program in a virtual machine, but to do that you have to be able to get hold of the install media for the correct operatin system, or get hold of a virtual machine where the correct system is already installed.
