How Can I Build My Business To Compete With Resume Edge, Monster, Career Builder, And Other Industry Giants?

I have an incredibly successful online niche resume writing service that is in its second year, but I grow tired of being tied to a computer and writing resumes 14 – 16 hours a day. I am making money for certain, but I am now ready to hook up with a guru or two who knows what it takes to build a 360 degree, comprehensive and sophisticated employment networking site offering a wide array of diverse products and clientele services. Seems straight forward enough, but how do you field and train a resume writing staff? What about legal? Non Disclosure Agreement’s? Confidentiality Agreements? SMM? PPC? SEO? IT? Project Coordinators? Developers? Customer support? CRM? Content writers? Setting up and managing job boards? Advertising? Press releases? Affiliate programs? Finance and Accounting? Payroll?
Incidentally, my niche resume writing service literally has no competition and I have been flying by the seat of my pants employing a very simple business plan from the first day the site launched until now: to MAKE MONEY. It has been working very well so far and expect it to continue to do so.
I have pitched my idea to Founder’s Fund, but alas Mark Zuckerberg apparently is only interested in high yield emerging technology companies (launching spacecraft, etc.), so now in my continuing quest for success, I turn to Yahoo Answers.
This is a multimillion dollar idea if ever there has been one, but I need help in working out all the logistics to make it a reality. If there are any business guru’s out there reading this, I am listening.

Find a niche area of employment to start out in. You’ll find it much easier to become a leader in a specific industry, and you’ll have the possibility of expanding to other/all areas. Try Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or maybe even something very specific such as University Level Professor positions.
IT Sales staffing agencies are already everywhere. You might want to hook up with a consulting firm that has experience in this business to find the least saturated job type market. Other possibilities could be technical/engineering positions such as Master Plumbers, Civil/Electrical/Chemical Engineers, etc.
I recommend picking the industry type that you already have contacts/experience in.
Good luck, and feel free to contact me directly if you find this information useful.

I have written a number of business plans in my 17 year career. I have been at the head of 3 startups and my last business plan attracted 1/2 million in funding. I’d like to make you a plan. You re missing some obvious steps that I will outline. This service is $106
