What Does Seasonal Worker Mean When Working For Disney?

I’m applying as a seasonal worker for the Disney College Program and I have a phone interview Monday. I really don’t want to miss school a semester and would like to graduate on time. Does seasonal mean I only work during the summer (May/Jun – Aug)? Or is it from May/Jun – Jan. I know that if I quit in the middle because of school I won’t be aloud to go for jobs with any Disney affiliates for a period of time and I don’t like/want to quit. I always finish what I start.

Seasonal means temporary. So it would most likely be just for the summer (which would be the busy season). Good luck on your interview! If they give you the option of “Do you have any questions” you can simply ask what the time frame will be.

They need extra people for busy seasons, summer, Christmas etc… And depending how well you do they decide to keep you and offer you a full time position.
