The Sims 3 site is telling me my login information is not affiliated with an Origin account. I already have an Origin account, but it is under my new email address, not my old one, like the Sims. What do I do to make the two recognise each other?

The Sims 3 site is telling me my login information is not affiliated with an Origin account. I already have an Origin account, but it is under my new email address, not my old one, like the Sims. What do I do to make the two recognise each other?
You can’t.
Just make a new account or register your game on your main account.
