(it’s the fourth day of school and we’re all freshman)We get along, but my roommates/quadmates are girly whereas I’m more of a rocker kid that likes relaxing at night, I’m definitely odd one out. They all went clubbing tonight but I didn’t, I can’t because I’m starting college at 17, even if I was 18 I wouldn’t go. Is that okay that I don’t want to go? Will I find my own niche in this huge school?

Yes. There is no reason to feel like you have to go out if you don’t want to. You will eventually find people who share your interest. Try attending a few club meetings that you are interested in.
You don’t have to go if you don’t want to.
I think if a person decides not to go clubbing with rommies, it’s okay, plus it’s your choice. College often times changes people, like people try too hard to fit in. It’s alright to go clubbing here and there, but don’t let anyone force you out of your comfort zone. You probably will find your own niche, eventually. It’s just a matter of time, just go to some of the social events that the school organizes and most importantly have fun.
No, just be yourself. My sister was like you, whenever her friends wanted to party she decline, because she needs to focus on school and plus if you hear stories in the news about girls getting raped or kidnap after a night of partying or during a party. You need to be safe and also going out to party is not great, cause if you someone takes a pics of you drunk, your future boss finds it, it is not a good thing cause you won’t get a job. And lastly WHO CARES WHAT PEOPLE THINK, YOUR IN UNIVERSITY, IT IS NOT HIGH SCHOOL.
