I would really love to have an ice cream shop. Well, everybody loves ice cream…who doesn’t? I’ve tried making my own simple ice cream at home using simple recipes but i was wondering if other ice cream parlors has their own “more-complicated-secret” recipes? I want to know everything from the start as in the marketing strategies, what would i need to have in my shop, the business plan etc. It will be great to hear from someone who is very good in business. Well if you don’t know how to start an icrecream shop, then you are probably not ready to start one.
Here are some strategies for starting one.
1. Get a business partner with icecream business experience. Maybe someone who knows about icecream and wants to invest in your business.
2. Buy a franchise. All the work has been done for you. You just turn up and run the business.
3. Take courses. You need to learn about running a business, but most likely you want to study cooking, though you could also study food technology (the factory end of food production).
4. Work in an icecream shop and learn about the business.
