What To Do To Help Get Someone Out Of Prison?

I have a friend of the family who is serving 5 years in prison, he has been in there for about 2 now. He is on 5 years without parole his charges were conspiracy to distribute meth. The reason he got such a severe sentence is because he was affiliated with a motorcycle gang. Is there anything I can do that can help this situation or is he pretty much stuck in there? He doesn’t do drugs, and as far as my knowledge goes he has never sold any either. The club he was in was required to pay dues for runs they did and since his club distributed it he went down too. Is it hopeless to get him out? He is a great guy, he just got mixed up in the wrong crowd when he was just 20 years old.

There is NOTHING you can do if he’s been sentenced. Like my Mom used to say, “you are guilty by association!!”

He committed a crime, he DESERVES to be there. It’s the law. Let him serve his time and when he comes out in 3 years, he will hopefully be rehabilitated. :))
