What Do Creatines Really Do And Is It Necessary For Working Out?

Many people claim that creatines only make your muscles absorb water so your muscles “look” and sometimes “feel” bigger and aren’t permanent results. What do creatines do for me in the gym is a question I ask myself often because I am not very affiliated with creatines and its effects on the muscles.

For all I know, creatines a marketing scam. You don’t need supplements to grow muscle. You need to stick to the basics and do compound exercises. Squats, bench, rows, and shoulder presses all involving the barbell.
Why? Compound exercises are multiple joint movements hitting multiple muscle groups. Barbells allow you to apply more resistance because of having a locked position. Training like this will stimulate growth hormones and fume the body with testosterone, and you’ll get super huge.
You need protein not creatine. Protein is rich with hormones that rebuild you muscles bigger and stronger. Eat protein every few hours for constant aid(needed) to help your muscles grow bigger and stronger.

Creatine does work because there was a football team and about a week before the season started 15 of them were unable to play because their muscles grew too fast and it had some sort of effect on them

If you want to know about creatine, you’ll have to read…a lot. There’s much written about it and it’s mostly varied and inconclusive. The best place to start is here: http://nih.gov/ Search for “creatine” and start reading. Here’s one example of what you’ll find. http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/creat…
    Have at it.
