   Secret??No Secret to it at all.
   Filipinos are in the market to stave off thier grossly inadequate domestic job market and being in the hundreds of thousands the bosses in the Middle East know a bargain when they see one. Filipinos will do any job no-one else will for a fraction of the cost that the no-one else wouldnt do it for anyway, never complain–even to the point of being beaten or abused and will go at it 7 days a week from sun up to sun set.Then be courteous enough to thank the Arab scumbag for treating him/her like dirt.
   Couldnt and wouldnt happen in the western world but the Middle East???
   What a dump that is and no really self respecting worker from developed countries want to risk that mess unless absolutely necessary which leaves the labour market open to 3rd worlders like Filipinos and you are welcome to it. Clean house and pander to some fat upstart in Saudi or Kuwait??? I dont think so.
   Theres your answer, cheap labour and plenty of it with no complaints.
