2- Limited Brands is selling its Express and Limited divisions to focus on its Victoria’s Secret

Is This Website Layout Copyright Infringement?

I did a website layout for an organization that my organization was affiliated with. I did an initial layout for them in 2008 and had no issues. They requested changes to the website layout which involved me having to redo the site (old HTML style). They got the bill and voted to only pay half of it. After 2 months without any payment I took the new site down. They requested the 2008 site be put back up until they paid. 3 months after the original invoice due date a check for half the invoice amount was paid. I tried to put the new site back up but they locked me out and said they were taking over the site from there. I recently checked back with the site and they used my design, words/content, and replaced Designed By: Myself with Designed By Their Committee. Clearly they ONLY changed the header, but based off my original idea. Is this grounds for copyright infringement? Can I take legal action? If so, what do I do?

What Is This Type Of Graph Used In Marketing Called?

It has an up and down, left to right axis. There is a scatter plot showing the niche for a product based on low to high value, and low to high price (I believe). The whole idea is that you want the dots in the same area, or your product is all over the place, not really hitting one niche. WHAT IS IT CALLED???

I Became Friends With This Girl, And People Started Treating Me Differently..why?! What Do I Do?

So…hi 🙁 I’m Monica. I’m 22, a senior in college, and I only have like two close friends right now, which is great, but not that easy, because they both go to a faraway school (while I live at home and commute to a smaller, closeby school). They also both have boyfriends, so they’re not always around to talk to. I work for a public relations committee, and my job is exhausting along with school, so I don’t have very many friends around here, seems like everyone has their niche anyway. I also haven’t had a boyfriend in three years. I’ve dated, but most guys want flings, and I don’t..so I end up being pretty lonely haha.
Overall, it’s hard not having many people to lean on and support me, and I’ve recently made a friend who’s also an English major like me; her name’s Ashley, and she’s extremely overweight, and for some reason, it seems to bother people a lot. my brother says she’s “gross,” and even my friends laughed when they saw her picture. A guy who always flirts with me in school once saw me talking to her, gave me the weirdest look ever, and walked away. The next time he saw me, he didn’t even speak to me. My mom thinks that I have “low standards” for talking to someone who looks like her, and that hanging out with her in public will make me look bad and make people not want to talk to me. People who are close to me keep saying things like, “You’re a pretty girl, in shape and you maintain yourself, why do you talk to someone like that?” And I don’t know how to respond to that. Are they right? It just seems so awful, but it seems like everyone, not just friends and family, but even aquaintances that I just say hi to and make small talk with at school treat me differently now that I talk to her. She’s a sweet girl, so why are people acting like this? What can I do?

Whts D Secret Of Waren Bufets Success. Hw He Became D King Of Stock Market?

He invests in value, for the long haul, and he has “uncommon common sense”. He is also very disciplined. This is the most essential ingredient for success in matters of probability. Because the stock market is also about predicting outcomes, I think a person’s temperament in a skill oriented game that involves probability is an interesting indicator of how they are suited to investment. I don’t like to gamble. I think of gambling as taking a risk without any information that provides any advantage over any other player. It’s just luck and probability that decides winners and losers. Some people think the market is like gambling. If you believe that, you haven’t studied it enough. I’m a pretty fair poker player when I am in a game that matters to me. I can concentrate, maintain my discipline, and generally have more good days than bad. But as soon as I am in a situation where I am bored, or the stakes are not high enough to mean much to me, or are so high as to cause me to lose the right level of risk tolerance, I start to lose money. The same thing seems to apply to my stock investing. If I invest enough money to care a lot about the outcome, but to not lose sleep about it, then I have the right kind of mental attitude for the situation, and I am generally successful with my investments on average.
Buffet seems to have the ability to maintain focus and discipline in his strategies across a wider range of risk than many people. And now he is big enough to make a lot of plays that most people can’t touch.
But overall, its his strategy and his discipline. Read up on him, there are many lessons to learn from the “Oracle of Omaha”
