And both of those videos have ad sense on themm, (like they can have ads on my videos) and my adsense says the total earning is only at like $2.05 so faR? I have 60 videos and I have a total of 200,000 upload views, and 70 subscribers. And how long will it take me to be a youtube partner?

To become a YouTube Partner, you must meet these minimum requirements:
You create original videos suitable for online streaming.
You own or have express permission to use and monetize all audio and video content that you upload—no exceptions.
You regularly upload videos that are viewed by thousands of YouTube users, or you publish popular or commercially successful videos in other ways (such as DVDs sold online). http://www.youtube.com/t/partnerships_fa…

CPC stands for “Cost Per Click” – so you get paid each time the adverts are clicked on.
CPM stands for “Cost Per Mile” – so you get paid per 1,000 impressions.
Unfortunately, AdSense & AdWords work on a CPC method, rather than CPM, and so you only earn money when these links are actually clicked on, not just displayed.
DISCLAIMER: Clicking on your own links is FRAUD.
