Should Private Christian School Teachers Be Allowed To Paddle Kids As Discipline.?

There is still a possibility that Christian & private schools may be using paddles, hands and other instruments for use in the discipline of students and members belonging to other parents. The problem is this form of punishment is not monitored by parents, or government officials, with the potential of leaving deep bruises and bleeding on the posterior and other body parts as a result of using a long wooden paddle, hands, pushing, and other physical items. Should this a form(s) of discipline be considered abuse? Why would parents permit strangers who refer to themselves as Christian to use unmonitored force and make kids, even parents feel guilty for speaking up. These people justify their use of force stating, “That’s just how it is (or was)”. Is this a form of abuse? If it is a form of abuse. Have these people taken their own license to touch or abuse kids in any other ways in these Christian Schools? Should kids speak out, and give adequate testimony for being physically handled using instruments to physically hit as a form of punishment? Should teachers of these schools or staff face jail time? If the school(s) would be found guilty, should punishments be retroactive as in other crimes and how many years back should be considered retroactive. Should parents and kids having been in these circumstances right to their congressmen and make addendums to laws and children’s bill of rights? Should kids today inform law enforcement in cases where schools are exercising this today. Are schools who use paddling mainly in the Bible belt. If abuses are found as a result of kids being bruised, made to bleed, and assaulted in other ways, what kind of jail or prison time should faculty of these schools face. Should parents who are aware their child is being hit with a paddle be punished as accessories to abusive crimes. If local law enforcement is not helpful in helping possible abused kids in these environments, is there a federal resource for children to get help? Should anyone other than a parent be allowed to touch a child physically in disciplining? Does the faculty of the school use the Bible and its verses as a justification to physically punish children belonging to other parents. Does the Bible mention any verses or commandments that would lead Christian and private school teachers to believe its ok for strangers, Christians, faculty, pastors, assistant pastors, Sunday school teachers, bible teachers, members of an affiliate church or school, to discipline a child using physical hitting, grabbing, touching, squeezing, pushing, shoving, paddling, slamming into walls, grabbing shirts, to be justified and or qualified for using these forms of discipline. Do these Christian and private institutions, (even public institutions) exercise public or private training courses on physical discipline before using hands or instruments to discipline the child of another parent. Do these Christian and or private institutions have disciplinary actions set in place against teachers who misplace their strike resulting in skin breakage, kidney damage, long term bruising, nerve damage, and do these disciplinary actions require reporting to state or federal officials for statistical purposes, and monitoring, fines and or sentencing? Do possible Christian, public, and private institutions who use practice methods such as videos, dummies, live representation, manuscripts, illustrations for proper administration of striking a student/member for any purposes of discipline.
