Bob Harris aka: Robert E. Harris, a car salesman from Oakland, Richmond, Vallejo area. Possibly a sociopath, pathological liar, compulsive womanizer and con artist, may have duped countless women with promises of love, romance and marriage between the years of 1951-2013. He is still going strong! I am trying to find out if he fathered children other than the 5 children he neglected and abandoned in the early 1960s.
