I Need Some Advice On The Muscle Part Of Weightloss..some Advice?


ok so heres the thing. im 17 yrs old.. soon heading to college next year and a half or more. im obese right now.. im.. 285lbs+ im trying to get to 165-168 im 6’1/2 … i already talk to my doctor about the weight goal and she said its fine.. i could even go to 150.. but i decided to just go to 165. im trying to lose all the fat everywhere so i can fit into my tight jeans and tight band t-shirts. ( that’s just me) .. i used to be really skinny until i entered into a depression because of some Personal things that were going on during the time..which was 3 yrs ago..3 yrs later.. im obese and on my way to 300 lbs ;(.. but now im taking a stand! i got my exercising down & my dieting down. im use the exercising bike and treadmil to walk or jog ( i don’t wanna run yet.. im pretty heavy and i don’t wanna injure myself in anyway) but i hear you must life weights or do muscular work so it could burn the fat off easier and faster (note: in order for me to get to my goal before college im trying to lose 1-10lbs a month) but.. i don’t have access to weights of any sorts… and i can’t really do push-ups..( too heavy..and feel like my arms are gonna snap) but i could do sit ups.. as much as a 100 of them .. what are some other muscular exercises i can do? with out equipment which i don’t really have right now.. and wont injure myself.. i understand doing muscular work can speed up my metabolism and help me burn even after im finish working out.. can you be very specific and organized im adding all of this to my weight loss plan. that i can follow each day i take action to lose this weight.. i just wanted to add.. this may not be important but.. i can do muscular work everyday of the week. but i only exercises on mon.wed.fri & saturdays… should i do it on the tues,Thursdays and sundays too? and also what are proper time of the day to do this work? affiliating with my diet.. i just want to note. i do not want to be buff,nor big or stocky.. i just wanna be skinny and muscular. please be nice.. im new to this whole body transformation thingy.. and im trying to work up my motivation to change my life and live a happy and healthy lifestyle
