Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I am getting error message: (30-36) Missing required Registration token. This error comes up when I try to enter my HBOGO user name and email address on hbogo.com/activate/#affiliate_redirect. It also has a loading icon that is just going continuously without ever fully loading.
I have used HBOGO on my xbox360 in the past but today it asked me to update it and then re-activate. I have been unable to reactive due to this error code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
