Minecraft360: How To Make A Survival House?

So I wanna make a nice survival house/base in minecraft 360 edition. I plan to start a new world soon with my two friends playing split screen and I wanna make a survival house to have separate rooms and stuff for like enchanting and overall storage and maybe a small sheep farm for wool and food farm. But how do I do that? I’ve seen iJevin on YouTube make something like that in a mountain and he has a light blue wool floor and a bunch of rooms and stuff and I want to do that. How do I make it? So here’s a couple questions:
1) how do I make a sheep farm so I can dye sheep and collect different wool colors?
2) how do I make a food farm with everything (sugarcane, wheat, pumpkin etc) and is it better to be automatic or manual? Meaning with pistons or not?
3) how do I set up a nice enchanting room?
4) how do I set up a nice potion room?
Also, I had an idea. I wanted to make a modern kind of house, and then use the basement for all this stuff; enchanting rooms, storage room (a big one) etc and a mining system underneath. Should I do that or just make a survival house and nothing modern ish?

    1) Sheep farm. First, you need to build an enclosure. It is best you build it with wooden fence since the sheep won’t be able to jump over the fence. How big it is doesn’t matter. Build a gate for easy access. Next, you have to find some sheep. If you have wheat, hold it in your hand by selecting wheat in your hotbar. The sheep will be attracted to you and follow you all the way to your enclosure. Once you’ve attracted several sheep, close the gate. You can mate sheep with each other to breed baby sheep which will grow into big sheep. Simply feed the sheep wheat until hearts appear to indicate it’s in the mood, then feed another nearby sheep till hearts appear. To farm sheep efficiently for their wool, use a Shears, made using 2 iron ingots in a diagonal pattern. Killing the sheep will yield 1 wool, but using a shears on a sheep will yield 1-3 wool and the wool on the sheep will grow back (since it’s not dead.)
    2) For the early game farm, you’ll be concentrating a lot of wheat since you’ll need the food to survive. Sugar cane is useless very early game since it’s usually made into sugar or paper. Pumpkin and melon seeds can’t be grown unless you obtain them from an Abandoned Mineshaft. Automatic is better, but early game, redstone will be extremely hard to find. Firstly, dig out a row of how ever many blocks you want. This will be your water trench, which you should fill until the entire trench is filled with static water (not flowing water). Next, craft a hoe and right click on dirt blocks (it must be dirt for wheat to grow) up to 4 blocks horizontally away from the water source. This is the maximum range of the water source to hydrate your soil for faster growth. Hydrated soil will allow seeds to grow faster. You can obtain seeds from punching grass. Careful not to step on your plowed farmland as it might revert back to dirt again.
    3) An optimal enchanting room is a room that has a doorway leading to a free, unobstructed path which circles an enchanting table so you can walk around it. Surround the enchanting table with 15 bookshelves to “empower” the Enchanting Table to give the highest levelled bonuses up to Level 30. Leave some room for torches to light up the room.
    4) A nice potion room involves several chests to store ingredients. You might want to have one chest to store the ingredients per potion. You can mark the chest by placing a signboard over it to indicate what this chest contains for which specific type of potions. You might also want to have at least one brewing stand. Normally, I use four. One for an offensive self-use potion, one for a defensive self-use potion, one for an offensive splash potion and another for a defensive splash potion. You can choose to have several filled Cauldrons for decoration purposes.
