Am I Doing This Right? I Really Need To Know! Beauty Break-down.?

So i’m 16 and just started worrying about wrinkles.
For some reason, I’m so horribly scared
You wouldn’t believe how scared I truly am!
So first i’ll take you through my skincare routine.
Everyday, i:
cleanse
tone
If i’m staying home i put moisturizer on, Sometimes I put coconut oil on or other oils like rosehip but if i’m going out I put sunscreen on, depending on the weather in summer 30+ in winter 15+
and for going out I also apply modelsprefer BB cream for extra protection because I don’t wear make-up.
I come home that night and I do this twice a day I will,
cleanse
tone
add a moisturizer and anti wrinkle eye cream.
I only do a facial once a month, Sometimes twice.
I only exfoliate 1-2 times a week but never day’s after each other.
I ONLY drink water, I hate coffee and tea,
and soft drink is a rare for me.
I don’t smoke, I eat strawberries and blue berries every day and just started eating walnuts too.
And I take vitamin pills,
Omega 3 and vitamin e.
So why am I so worried about wrinkles what can I do to tell myself i’m doing something right or am I doing something wrong?

First of all: the sun & too much soaking in the tub or pool ARE SKIN’S worst enemies. Avoid those @ least 95% of the day, make that 95% of your life. It’s a lifetime commitment. NEVER take supplements without your doctor’s OK. Many have side effects than can also cause hair loss.
Less is MORE. Less product poisoning. I wore more makeup in HS than I do now that I’m older & wiser.
Applying & removing makeup, causes wrinkles.
Smiling – Victoria Beckham doesn’t like to smile. She said, it causes her wrinkles!
If you’re 16, using those products: BB, anti-aging products, wrinkle eye cream, toner, facial ALL are doing more harm than good, they’re part of a billion dollar business.
The function of the FDA is to monitor new drugs, such as anti aging products, entering into the marketplace and ensure that they are safe and effective. Unfortunately, many anti aging skin care products as well as other anti aging products use wild and exaggerated claims in their marketing materials.
According to the FDA, a big controversy with some of the advertising are claims that anti aging products will rejuvenate or repair or restructure the skin. These types of claims lead to speculation that the product is causing structural changes to the skin. If this is true, these products should be classified as drugs and should be removed from the market until the FDA has approved them. Conversely, if these claims are not true, the companies should stop claiming these features for their products.
In the past, the FDA has sent regulatory letters to the cosmetic companies making these types of claims informing them that they may be in violation of federal laws.
WHITENING PRODUCTS DO THEY WORK? HYDROQUINONE PRODUCTS.
Hydroquinone products are popular for their skin-lightening properties in Asian and African cosmetics markets. In the U.S., they also are marketed for reducing age spots and blemishes.
Google Hydroquinone WARNING. About 141,000 results (0.42 seconds)
The FDA have banned 23 more whitening products. Google it. About 17,600,000 results. Any skin-lightening products containing hydroquinone would be considered new drugs, according to the proposed FDA regulations. The products would require FDA approval before being sold to the public and would only be available with a doctor’s prescription.
Skin Creams, Soaps and Lotions Marketed as Skin Lighteners and Anti-aging Treatments: May Contain the Toxic Metal, Mercury. BB creams, as well. Read ingredients, it may contain TITANIUM.
I’ve been protecting myself from the sun since I was 9.
    1. Because I don’t want to look like a farmer.
    2. Because I get too hot.
    3. I want to look like movie stars & models, they have blemish-free skins. Example: models @ the Ralph Lauren fashion show, they all have flawless complexion.
    4. I don’t want to look like an old prune or get moles on my neck & face like my aunts.
No matter, I still got Discoid Lupus (Google it), caused from the sun. It took 12 years for them to fade. Tried all kinds of lotions that were prescribed to me, and none of them worked. More & more now I protect myself and I take my wide brim hat everywhere I go, or use an umbrella. In Asia, they use umbrella all the time. Here in the States, people started to catch on, and I see people walking w/umbrella, they are used on the beach, and they sell patio umbrellas. It was invented for a reason and also to protect us from getting skin cancer.
The sun is more powerful than most people think!

Use a bath & body wash like Suave, Irish Spring, Dove Body & Face wash in the shower, use a washcloth. Treat your face like the rest of your body, take a shower everyday or wash your face everyday.
The secret is keeping your face clean and oil-free. I also don’t use liquid on my face for anything, and very little moisturizer, not even a dime size. Since my face is not dry. Good skin also comes from your good genes. Increase your fresh fruits & vegetables 3-5 servings per day. And programmed your mind to do this day after day, for the rest of your life.
