Why Doesn’t China Protect North Korea More?

In my eyes, North Korea is really the only strategic military advantage that they have against the U.S., should they (the Chinese) bolster up North Korea’s defense? Or do you believe that they (the Chinese) are arming North Korea but just in secret?

Let’s get you up to speed cause there’s a lot you apparently don’t know.
Back in 1950, North Korea invaded South Korea to reunify the Koreas under communism.
The United Nations intervened militarily to liberate South Korea, which they did.
Things got messy when China intervened.
Eventually, the UN got things sorted out but not with a peace treaty.
Instead, the war halted with a UN ceasefire agreement.
If it’s broken, the UN, North Korea and China will all be at war again.
The UN doesn’t want that. China doesn’t want that. North Korea sure as hell doesn’t want that.
North Korea has no desire to finish losing the Korean War.
That’s why they’re spent the past 60 years militarizing themselves & making crazy threats:
-They’re actively trying to scare the world into leaving them along.
Especially the US which, apparently, forgot all this stuff because nobody seems to know it.
North Korea represents no advantage to China whatsoever. US debt does.
The US owes China over a trillion bucks.
China has over a trillion bucks in US currency reserves.
China can destroy the US without firing a shot by dumping either or both onto world markets.
In the globalized world of the 21st Century, economic power trumps military power.
It trumps military power because no amount of guns or bombs can defend against it.
North Korea denounced China for betraying communism when China joined the free market.
China’s government may be nominally communist, but its economy is capitalist.
North Korea and China aren’t the fraternal communist allies they used to be.
And they haven’t been for years.

China argues against N. Korea, esecially when it comes to problems with the US. China likes the US in that they buy soo much of their stuff. The US likes China in that we get cheap stuff/labor. They are two countries that don’t really want to have conflict. Should N. Korea start anything, I think China would leave them, unless they twist the situation to their advantage somehow. AND please just a note China is NOT a communist country, yes they have a communist political party. But by definition they are most definitely NOT.
