Can I Get Into The Macaulay Honors Program?

Hi, I’m a senior at a high school. I’m an IB diploma candidate taking the following courses this year:
IB History HL, IB English HL, IB TOK, IB Physics HL, IB Urdu (independent study), AP Psychology and Medical Careers (Elective). Last year, in addition to the above mentioned IB classes I also took IB Economics SL and IB Math Studies. My GPA is 3.5 and my SAT scores are 1900. Do I have a shot at the Macaulay Honors Program?
Extra Curricular: I’m in Mock Trial and Peer-Support (a community service club) and have done Model U.N in the past. I’m a polyglot and proficient in several languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Punjabi and Sindhi. I also volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and am affiliated with an NGO in Pakistan (my native country) for which I fund raise to provide relief to the disaster victims.
I was wondering If I had a shot at the Program? because I know its really competitive.

Thank you for your interest in Macaulay Honors College.
Academically eligible applicants to Macaulay Honors generally have a cumulative high school average of 90% (3.5 GPA) or higher. These students also have cumulative SAT scores (Math and Critical Reading sections only) that range from 1250 to 1600 or ACT scores that range from 28 – 36. However, although high academic achievement is a requirement, a student who has excellent grades or test scores will not be admitted to Macaulay Honors College solely on those grounds. All prospective students are reviewed for admission based on a holistic view of eligibility to the program. A student’s recommendations and essays, which highlight co-curricular activities, community involvement, and leadership skills, are key components of a strong application.
The average SAT score for an accepted student last year was 1410 (Math and Critical Reading sections combined) and the mean high school average was 93.9%. [The mean ACT equivalent would be 32, and the GPA equivalent would be 3.85].
