I am noticing this in my own neighborhood where it is becoming “cool” and hip to affiliate yourself as a Muslim with “black pride” as they call it. It seems to me that these people enjoy being persecuted, I rationalize this as people having feelings of inferiority and being powerless, which is the case with white supremacist who are, well, lower class and uneducated.
I have nothing against cultural pride but claiming to be “spiritually superior” and “racially superior” is just being narrow minded.

Yeah it’s kinda interesting. There is a “Black Mens Club” in my college and it is considered normal and ethnic pride, but I always imagined if there would be a ‘White Mens Club”… it seems whites aren’t allowed to take pride in their culture and race because that’s racism, while we turn a blind eye towards black supremacism. We must be fair: Either outlaw both, or allow both. But we cannot let one exist legitmaetly while label and degrade the other as racist.
So what is should be cool to have pride in what you believe in and i will take pride BLACK POWER
