Can anyone answer whether internet marketing works or is it all crap.I have two websites and loads of materials trying to be an affiliate and I have been doing it for about two months and never earned a single penny.If any body know,s any different let me know,there are big noises out there is you know what I mean and all they do is give you free tips,nobody actually shows you how to get the money;beginning to think it is a waste of time.
Marketing requires advertising online. you also need a logo, and a really appealing website, as well as payment options, PayPal is the easiest, and doing it on a blog can make it cost nothing if you know how to code and design websites. You can pay 5 bucks to make it your custom domain I think on tumblr.
Yes, I know exactly what you mean. Have been doing IM for almost 10 years and gone through the same thing you are going through right now.
The turning point for me is when I stopped learning and started doing. You really have to hustle. You really have to sell (sorry, it should really be called internet selling, not internet marketing).
There is a difference between marketing (getting in front of people) and selling (presenting an offer and asking for their money). That is not being taught to us IM/Work from home dreamers.
You’ll see a lot of salesletter promising huge money, but they end up just teaching you marketing, and not sales.
One of the best ways to learn about selling is to look at what you have bought, and study the offer/salespage. There are different ways of selling, the IM/biz opp products are typically hard sold to us, using psychological words to trigger us to buy (it’s a matter of numbers game). There is also trust selling (establish trust, then recommend product/service) but it usually takes time (again, gotta hustle).
