Thank for reading this. I recently got Red rings on my xbox. I had it repaired by a local not affiliated with microsoft. It works GREAT, plays games and all but I still can’t connect. I run an Xbox live test. Network? Check. internet? Check. Xbox Live? Check. The test says everything is good with my connection and compadibility, but I get a yellow circle with an explanation mark thats says Service Alert. I thought it had to do with the person who repaired it signed in on their account because they didn’t have my hard drive but the xbox support site says they are having trouble. Help me? Any advive is appriciated. WILL RATE BEST ANSWER!

Some of the servers are down. You just have to wait it out.They should be online soon.
Xbox servers are down. It say they are fin but they are not. Just wait it out. Make sure you don’t try to re-download your GT it will mess it up. But my other account works so some do some don’t.

I wouldn’t recommend waiting it out. Go play offline campaigns, hang out with friends, watch TV, something or anything,
