I don’t want to tell you something that can make your dress look werid
but for makeup; you can wear natural soft, fresh makeup and a girly updo

For shoes maybe a brownish gold; don’t wear flats.
jewelry, I have no clue. maybe gold too? LOL, sorry if i havent been much help; Your dress isn’t really MY style . For makeup you can go to a makeup store for tips. For your hair you can go to a salon for tips too.
