i live in toronto i’m buying new house from a builder. the builder ask me if i want these upgrades?
cat 5 wiring outlet $70
audio speaker finished $270
Volume Control $155
capped ceiling outlet $100
garage door opener plug $145
insulated toilet tank $90
Humidifier up tp 2500 sq ft $650
relocate furnace prior to installation $720
venting for dryer $160
upper hall (incl comp niche $1430
fridge gable deep counter deep $340
remove counter top splash $250
std stove vent cover $140
I don’t know any of these but if somebody knows please help me

Can Some Body Tell Me If I Shold Get These Stuff From A House Builder?

Only get those upgrades which would be hard/expensive to get later on.
For instance, ceiling outlet may be good (thus, the option of adding a fan or chandler later on)
